JC began his real estate career in 2005 in the Cape Coral / Fort Myers area at the peak of the real estate boom in SW Florida. JC is a bi-lingual real estate professional, fluent in English and Spanish, who has developed his real estate career over the years by forming long-lasting relationships with his valuable customers. He specializes in new home construction, luxury waterfront homes and golf course communities. JC has extensive experience in customer service and management after a 20-year career with a Fortune 500 Company. JC provides an objective and sensible perspective to his customers that are based on over 20 years of successful buyer and seller experiences. Strong customer-service orientation, honesty and reliability have always been the foundation of his successful business practice. Born in Havana, Cuba, his parents migrated to the U.S. in 1967 when he was only 26 days old. After a short stay in New York and experiencing snow and cold weather for the first time, his parents moved to South Florida and eventually settled in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas in 1974. JC and his wife Monica have two daughters and four grandchildren and enjoy spending time with family, traveling and boating.
